Here’s where I struggle: sharing beautiful parts Here’s where I struggle: sharing beautiful parts of my life with you because I am not an “on-brand” Goddess with some perfectly mystical image to share.

Don't get me wrong, I loooooove that part of me too. However in my day to day I simply do not value creating an appearance deemed instagramable, as a central part of my reclamation journey has been to take back all the time my younger maiden self wasted on trying to look worthy of. . .something. Have you ever reflected on the sheer amount of money, time and effort spent curating some distorted “feminine” look? Where else could those resources go?

So here I am in my pink long johns for my morning somatic movement practice feeling connected to a sense of pleasure and power that is dependent on nothing. In the flow of our body we remember who we really are, and build that life force energy that cares nothing about our egoic presentation.

Because being an anchored woman doesn’t require quitting your job and moving to Bali so life can look spiritual. Trust me. I’ve literally done it more than once (and don’t suggest you hold yourself back if it calls you).

Being an anchored woman means stealing little moments in your mundane life to access the profound medicine of landing into your pelvis, and remembering through direct experience your ability to care for yourself through sensual connection. It means breathing from your Yoni. It means worrying less about the ageing of your face, and more about the vitality of your bones, muscle and tissues as the physical entryway towards your energetic healing. I cried after the movement you see in this video. A stagnant frustration melted into my heart's true longing. This is what it means to land within yourself.

Ultimately, appearances have very little to do with the depth of what I’m here to teach.

I’m putting the final touches on announcing my brand new program…

“The doors to the world of the wild Self are few “The doors to the world of the wild Self are few but precious. If you have a deep scar, that is a door, if you have an old, old story, that is a door. If you love the sky and the water so much you almost cannot bear it, that is a door. If you yearn for a deeper life, a full life, a sane life, that is a door.”

A politician posted about protecting nature from p A politician posted about protecting nature from pesticides, then posted about rights to contraceptives. Oh the irony…

Am I against access? Hell no…but to have a “Green Party” position itself as caring for environmental preservation, while not considering the damage hormonal contraception has on our water systems, is the kind of blind spot we witches see in those who still live under patriarchal illusions.

How we treat women’s bodies is directly correlated to how we treat the earth.

Read that again.

Hormonal contraception pollutes, damages and kills life in our internal streams so that we can let male partners mindlessly dump as much as they want into our bodies, while not taking any responsibility in maintaining our inner ecosystem. Are you ready to acknowledge this subtle dynamic?

And as our codependent society wrestles between individual freedom and collective responsibility, your choice to use hormonal contraception DOES affect all of us. Synthetic hormones like ethinyl estradiol DON’T break down after they're peed out, and it’s been studied that it is adversely impeding aquatic development...not to mention the drastic prevalence of estrogen dominance in humans because of exposure to these endocrine disrupting synthetic hormones our tap water.

Practicing FAM for conscious contraception isn’t “too hard”...living in a society that demands you override your boundaries, ignore your cycle, pollute your womb, and disassociate from your primordial connection to nature is hard.

I could truly go on and on…but I’d rather pass the mic and hear from you 👇

Wanna know my favorite S 3 X toy? A glass thermome Wanna know my favorite S 3 X toy? A glass thermometer 😉 Let me explain...

By taking my temperature every morning (under my armpit...not va gi nally, haha) I get to know when I ovulate. Once you ovulate, it's impossible to ovulate again*, so there's a 0% chance of pregnancy in the second half of your cycle (luteal phase), which opens up this time for aaaaaaall the seggual freedom.

S 3 ggual empowerment looks different for all of us, and for me it looks like:

- cycling naturally so my body is actually making S 3 X hormones
- embracing my fertility as a power, not a sickness that needs to be "controlled" with pharmaceuticals
- having variety in my s 3 x life that expands pleasure with a partner beyond the monotony of unprotected PIV as some top "hierarchical" act (like barf at how old-timey this view is)

How do YOU define seggual empowerment? Share with us below! There are literally NO wrong answers 🙂
